This is a video produced by Deweymedia for Riverdale Country School in New York City, specifically promoting the enrollment of their lower school. It was produced in conjunction with these two videos here and here as part of a campaign to increase admissions. The lower school admissions video was a success, along with its companion pieces, in raising enrollment in the following semester.

Stylized and upbeat, this video profiles the lower school at Riverdale and demonstrates why it would be a great fit for a passionate young student. The voices that tell the story of the lower school are administrators, faculty, staff, parents and students. The faculty give a glimpse on how the lower school functions, as well as demonstrating some of the different techniques and strategies they use to teach their students. By having specialists in a variety of key areas of learning (math, computer science, art) ensures that the students are exposed to a multifaceted education early on.

Part of the Riverdale Country School’s mission is to grow their students’ character as well as their mind, and the teachers seek to grow their students not only as learners, but also as people. Giving the children the confidence in themselves that they need to have to succeed in their future life is a value the lower school holds indispensable.

Supporting its students’ passions and providing avenues for them to express and grow those passions is just one thing that separates Riverdale from its competition.
