This video for the iPhone Word Lens app is so simple.  Why? Because the concept is simple.  No spoken words are needed, which is good when you are talking about translating written words between languages.  Here’s the word lens demo on iPhone.  Incidentally it got 1.4 million hits in 72 hours and it now has 3.36m views as of 12/15/10.  Now those are good numbers.
