Here’s a simple little well shot tutorial for a cooking website called Pop Sugar.  What strikes me about the production is the power of the simple, sweet little track to drive a five step tutorial about food prep – called Basic Knife Cuts.  It’s all about the music.  The song by Meiko called You are the One is great and it makes the piece for me.  I also love that there’s no narration…. why bother, you don’t need it.  What do you think?
