20 Wonderful Years

We were so pleased to have the privilege of producing this video for the Gillen Brewer School, a New York City institution that transforms the lives of its students. They specialize in helping children with special needs and learning disabilities that range over a very wide spectrum. They work with students from the ages 2 to 10 years old, giving each student the focus and attention that they require for their education.

This video profiles the triumphs and successes the school has had in its first twenty years, growing from a tiny school in a church space with just one student to a school with nearly one hundred students and over fifty staff members. They’ve stuck by their mission of making a difference one child at a time throughout their tenure, and it’s evident through the interviews we collected in the course of this production just how effective the school has been in pursuing that goal.
