It’s a laundry list, but who doesn’t like a list of entertaining video:commercials actually.  Here are links to the finalists for this year’s DGA awards.  The Director’s Guild of America acknowledges best in craft… for directors.  So here’s are this year’s nominees for best director award (for best ad).  Some good stuff here (some that you may have seen and some that I had not seen) and some that would not have made my list.  Look ’em over and enjoy.

Although it’s a longshot to win and it’s not “Made in the USA”, Monster Legs is my favorite.  Had never seen it before.  Magical, exotic and lyrical.
